Accepting Proposals for the Journal

We are working on the spring/summer journal, and we would appreciate reports on women-in-music activities throughout the world, festivals, and major concerts as well as reports from the various women-in-music organizations and IAWM committees.

Deadline for the Winter Issue: Please send the following to Eve Meyer [email protected] between now and April 15, 2023.

• Announcements of upcoming festivals and special musical events
• Advertisements
• Information for our “Award Winners” column
• IAWM information and news items

Members’ News: Send your news to Anita Hanawalt at [email protected] by April 15, 2023 as well. We hope to hear from more of our members. The column is an excellent way to keep in touch, so please do not hesitate to inform us about your recent activities.

CDs and Books: If you have a recently released CD or book that you would like to have reviewed, please contact our review editor, Laura Pita at [email protected]. Also contact her if you would like to be included on her reviewer list.
