- International Women’s Brass Conference – The IWBC has two exciting conferences planned in the next couple of years — at Humber College in Toronto in 2010 and at Western Michigan University in 2012. Check their website regularly for details.
- New York Women Composers, Inc., creates performing, recording, networking, and mentoring opportunities for its members, and to work for the betterment of all women concert-music composers. - Donne in Musica (Women in Music) Equal opportunity for women is the mission of the Adkins Chiti: Women in Music Foundation, founded in Italy in 1978 by Patricia Adkins-Chiti. The Foundation has a network of organizations and individuals in 111 countries, maintains a website in eighteen different languages, and sponsors research, performance, and international collaboration.
